100 Mile Club

The 100 Mile Club provides the opportunity to run or walk 100 miles at school during a single school year which improves school readiness to learn, creates better educational outcomes, and builds self-esteem and the overall health in the lives of children and others.

Last year we had over 400 members consisting of students, teachers, parents, and grandparents.  In the morning before school, many students are walking and/or running, so they can reach their 25th mile.  When they have completed 25 miles, the student receives a 100 Mile Club t-shirt.  At the end of the year, we will have an assembly to celebrate the students, teachers, parents, and grandparents where the participants who complete 100 miles will earn a medal.

Membership to the club is $10.  Each student must have a signed permission slip.  Scholarships are available.

If you would like to volunteer to pass out ¼ mile sticks before or after school, please contact Sabrina in the front office.

Before School: 7:30-7:55

After School: To be determined

Please join in on the fun too!
